Rainview Business Loans is a broker, not a lender. A request sent by phone or through the form goes to funding partners, and each partner reviews it and sets its own terms.
Rainview passes requests to funding partners and makes no credit decisions. Partners set the amount, cost and schedule of any offer. Trucking, agriculture, property purchases and building work are outside this site.
What Rainview Business Loans Is, and What It Is Not
Rainview Business Loans is a broker, not a lender. It does not lend money, buy receivables or make credit decisions. It hears out a funding need on a call, collects contact details and three ranges through the request form, and passes the request to funding partners whose products may fit.
Who Sets the Amount and Terms of Any Offer
A funding partner reviews each request on its own terms and decides whether to make an offer. The amount, the cost, the schedule and any collateral are the partner's to set, and a request can end with no offer at all. Read any offer in full and compare its total cost before signing.
Funding Rainview Does Not Arrange
This site does not arrange funding for trucking or agriculture businesses, for real estate or property purchases, for building construction or repairs, for personal or consumer needs, or for startups without sales.
Where the Census Figures on These Pages Come From
Local figures on this site come from U.S. Census Bureau programs: County Business Patterns and ZIP Code Business Patterns (employer establishments, 2023), Nonemployer Statistics (businesses with no paid employees, 2024) and the American Community Survey 5-year estimates. Each figure names its program, year and area. Worked examples marked as illustrations use invented figures.
